I am a Certified Financial Educator, budget expert, professional money manager and a woman who is enjoying my Financial Emancipation!  I worked for the last decade to get free from the burden of my finances.  During that time, I experienced highs and lows.  I learned the lessons and came out on the other side.  Now I want to help you get your financial freedom!

I took the tools I learned while obtaining my Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Finance along with a career in managing government finances for over a decade and applied those principles to my personal finances. When I hit a bump in the financial road, I realized that money management had the same fundamentals whether I was managing my own personal finances or managing hundreds of millions of dollars of tax payer money.  By applying the same principles of saving for a rainy day, paying myself first, creating a budget (and sticking to it) and balancing that budget – I saw a change in my financial situation.  I began to see debt disappear, extra money being generated and my money was beginning to work for me.  Money became less of a burden and more of the tool I was using to transform my life.  Once I saw those changes I vowed to never look back!

Too many of us are weighed down by our personal finances.  People, specifically women, are often responsible for everything that requires money but not focused enough on the management and growth of the money.  The time is now to change that!
